Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE BILL NO. 175 was read the third time. Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senator Hoffman was required to vote. Senator Ellis gave notice of reconsideration.
